The RBTN is made possible through Cotton Incorporated’s “Production Profitability’ core funding which is directed by Dr. Don Jones. Starting in 2025 Dr. Carol Kelly (Texas A&M University) will serve as the RBTN coordinator. Previous to 2025 Dr. Todd Campbell (USDA-ARS) served in that role for two years. For the first 20 years between 2003 and 2022, Dr. Ted Wallace (Mississippi State University) provided the service.
